Capacity Strengthening & Resource Development

At Tsunagu, we empower institutions across the humanitarian, development, and private sectors through capacity strengthening, training, and resource development. We design and deliver tailor-made training for diverse actors on sensitive topics such as child protection, gender, and GBV, as well as critical areas like climate change, health, business and human rights, and WASH.

For companies, in addition to the above, we can provide tailor-made training in person or via e-learning, on GBV in the workplace, child labor, child rights, and women’s rights, at the global or field level, such as for farmers. We can also provide a comprehensive capacity strengthening plan.

Let us help you by creating practical, practitioner-oriented resources to support implementation and further enhance capacity.
