Business & Human Rights

At Tsunagu, we bridge human rights expertise in international aid and responsible business practice. Tsunagu has the field-level practitioner network and trust from the aid sector.

By fostering collaboration and leveraging the strengths of each sector, we develop innovative approaches that align business strategies with social good. We are especially well-positioned to provide the following services:

  • Identifying risks of human rights violations in the global supply chain, especially in relation to children and women, such as child labour and gender-based violence, including sexual harassment in the workplace and in fragile contexts.
  • Designing tailor-made solutions to identified human rights issues, including grievance mechanisms and remediation models tested in similar contexts by UN agencies and NGOs.
  • Identification of global and local stakeholders – including NGOs working in child rights, women’s rights, and GBV areas.
  • Practical and cost-effective monitoring and evaluation of existing HRDD work, especially in fragile contexts.

Let’s break silos, build transformative partnerships, and shape a better future together.
