WHAT WAS DONE:

This case study – focused on inter-agency, multisectoral safety audits in Somalia –is part of a broader, global project that aims to capture innovative approaches and practical resources on how gender-based violence (GBV) risk mitigation has been institutionalized within humanitarian response. The project was led by UNICEF, with generous support from the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Affairs and in collaboration with an inter-agency advisory group.
